Its the time of the year I write my new year's intentions (again). I prefer to use the term 'intentions' as life is more flexible and unpredictable than the term 'resolutions' would imply.
1) stop biting fingernails (this has been appearing in my ny's list since 1988!)
2) be healthier: stop eating so much junk and please exercise.
3) stay focus and positive. don't let anybody pull you down.
4) be punctual for work
5) learn basic french
6) write daily .... write down ANYTHING!
7) read at least one book a week.

A colleague just came back from Melbourne bought me Thank God You're Here series 2 & 3. I was so addicted that I watched till 3am for the past few nights to finish them!
